What Exactly Is Cloud Computing?

The confusion with the cloud arises from the broad acceptance of the term in describing most (or in some cases, there are) forms of hosting shared or managed.

It has become synonymous with virtualization, on-demand services, outsourcing, AWS spot instances pricing, and many other terms that were actually used on the market before the term "cloud" was introduced. And is an important part of reviewing IT strategies and plans. It has been taken into consideration.

The question is: how is it different from the basic concept of managed hosting? By definition, managed hosting is an outsourced suite of products and services that can complement or replace a company's in-house IT plans.

Basically, the two terms describe service delivery methods that access, store and manage business and web applications and tools.

Currently, three different cloud hosting service models can be identified:

– Cloud infrastructure as a service

– Cloud software as a service

– Cloud platform as a service

This is another way of demonstrating how customers should view the cloud element as a layer of managed hosting. There must be a difference between cloud models as each offers different advantages and disadvantages of an IT strategy, which emphasizes the need to identify the ultimate goal before switching to cloud hosting services.
